| A "Declaration of Covenant" is a legal agreement that is recorded in the public records, whereby the County agrees to allow a landowner to erect a fence in a County drainage or utility easement. In exchange, the landowner agrees to move the fence on short notice, in the event that the fence (or a portion thereof) needs to be moved for drainage or utility maintenance purposes. |
