Demolition Procedures

1. Demolition permits will be required to take the pre-demolition application to the Environmental Health Department for permitting.

2. Demolition permits will also need to go to the Public Works Department reception desk to pick up application information regarding the Florida Department of Environmental Protection permit for the project. If you have questions after receiving this information, please call 772-226-3479 and leave a message.

3. Demolition permits will only be accepted into the Building Division when they have documentation of those two permits or documents from those two departments that no permit from those departments are required for us to issue our permit.
