Statement of Function
A federally funded program of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) incorporated and administered by Indian River County. The purpose is to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing for low income citizens. Through this program, families and individuals who meet the income eligibility requirements may receive financial assistance to rent privately owned dwellings.
